Seems Kelly Clarkson is pissed again at her label, this time it’s for a good reason. While putting together songs for her most recent album she hired songwriter Ryan Tedder to write a song on the album called Already Gone. The song was fantastic, but in what’s best described as a surprising twist, very reminiscent of the cheer peddler from the “Bring It On” cheerleader films. Tedder apparently turned around and sold Beyonce pretty much the exact same track for her most recent effort, re-packaged with a new name and what some would argue are much better lyrics, Priceless!

This Ryan fellow is such an angel he even called it Halo when he re-sold it.

Needless to say when Clarkson was made aware of this disaster she called up her record company, told them about the current situation and basically told them she wanted her next single canned before it was even released. Unfortunately her record company feels she sounds better than Beyonce as they have completely ignored her pleas and released it as scheduled… for the love of money:)

Like I said Kelly is now pissed at her record company for making her look like a tool, when in reality she really should be furious with her songwriter friend Ryan Teddler for his crappy repetitive tracks, how the hell did this guy think he was going to get away with this anyways?
