For those who didn’t already know Kirsten Dunst, the actress most of us know from the Spider-Man movies was burglarized a few years back while staying at the Soho Grand suite in New York, she was out filming scenes for her flick How to Lose Friends and Alienate People when over $15,000 worth of handbags and electronics where lifted from her room, co-star Simon Pegg also filed a police report stating he had his cell phone, camera and iPod stolen from Kirsten’s room during the heist.

When they finally tracked down the bad guy, some of Dunst’s belongings where recovered and returned however James Jimenez could face up to 15 years behind bars. His accomplice Jarrod Beinerman, who was also involved in the incident, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary last year and is currently serving out a four year prison sentence.

James Jimenez, 35, was convicted Friday on charges of of criminal trespassing and is now free on $50,000 bail until Nov. 13 when he is due back in court for sentencing. While the misdemeanor could send Jimenez to jail for up to a year, the jury is still deadlocked as far as the burglary charges.
