Yes the historical tale will soon be coming to a theater near you with Hollywood heavyweight Adam Sandler set to play the roles of both Jack & Jill, the film is to be written by Saturday night lives Steve Koren who worked closely with Sandler during his time on the show. It is said to be written in the present day with Jack & Jill now in their teens and has been labeled a romantic comedy. Although you won’t get to see it until spring 2011 you can get your next Adam Sandler fix when his next film opens early next year, Grown Ups also features Salma Hayek and Steve Buscemi, the Dennis Dugan flick is based on a High School Reunion.
